Demolition of maisonette blocks in Kings Norton, Birmingham
The project consisted of the demolition of 7 individual four storey ‘maisonette blocks’ in Kings Norton, Birmingham.
Some of the blocks were situated in close vicinity to local primary schools and housing therefore the necessary precautions were made to ensure the safety of residents and pupils throughout the works.
Work included:
- Site set up included fencing, hoarding and welfare
- PBM acting as principal contractor
- Non-notifiable asbestos removal
- Demolition
