The project consisted of the demolition of a large industrial unit in Wolverhampton
PBM were tasked with the demolition of a former industrial unit, with a front office section, to slab level. Works included the management of service isolations and alterations, management of notifiable asbestos removal and non-notifiable asbestos works prior to demolition. Demolition was achieved using demolition excavators fitted with steel cutting shear attachments for the bulk of the works. All hardcore materials were crushed to 6F2 standard which we used to created a bund on exposed site boundaries.
